Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days. This may vary depending on the destination country, delivery address, carrier availability and external controls.

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on orders of 50€ or more. For lower-value orders, shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before purchase confirmation.

Europe shipping

We ship to European countries available in the store. Options, times and costs may vary by destination.

Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent by email after dispatch.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur for external reasons such as logistics peaks, strikes, weather conditions, customs checks or other situations outside our control.
