Return and Refund Policy
We want your shopping experience at Carboon Drivers to be clear and safe. This policy applies to orders placed in our online store, without prejudice to consumer legal rights.
Right of withdrawal
For online purchases made by consumers in the European Union, you may cancel the purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, without giving a reason, except for exceptions provided by law.
Additional return period
Carboon Drivers accepts return requests up to 30 days after receiving the item, provided the product shows no signs of use, is complete, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at carboondrivers@gmail.com with the order number and photos of the item where applicable. After review, we will send instructions on how to proceed.
Return conditions
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Used, installed, improperly handled, incomplete or unpackaged products may not be accepted.
Custom products
Custom products or products made to customer specifications may not be eligible for withdrawal returns, except in cases of defect or non-conformity.
Defective items or order errors
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the situation and indicate the appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair, refund or another legally provided remedy.
Return costs
Except in cases of defect, damage or error attributable to Carboon Drivers, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Refunds
After receiving and checking the returned item, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. When approved, the refund will be made through the original payment method and may take a few business days to become available, depending on the bank or payment provider.
